Usually the same working day for standard products. Bespoke cut sizes may take one additional day to confirm stock and lead time.
Do I need an account to request a quote?+
No. Anyone can request a quote — trade or retail. If you order regularly, ask about our trade account for net pricing.
How does the payment link work?+
Once we've agreed your quote, we send a secure link straight to your email. It's valid for 30 days. Click it, pay by card, and we'll arrange delivery.
Can you quote bespoke or cut-to-size products?+
Yes. Just describe the size you need in the description field. We cut to order for project volumes — typical lead time is 5–10 working days.
What if I'm not sure of the exact product?+
Just describe what you're trying to achieve — wall type, stone style, rough dimensions. We'll suggest the right product for your project.
