We manufacture a full range of precast concrete pier caps to suit standard brick pier dimensions, from single brick up to 3.5×3.5 brick plans. Flat pier caps are the most straightforward option — a level concrete slab proportioned to overhang the pier head. Twelve sizes are available from 290×290mm through to 880×880mm, all at 65mm height. Both square and rectangular options are listed (including 400×290, 520×300, 625×525, and 760×530mm), making it possible to cap piers of varying plan dimensions without cutting down a larger cap.
The Atlas Sphere (300mm diameter) is a cast concrete sphere designed to sit on a pier head as a decorative finial. A matching stand is available separately and should be ordered at the same time. Suited to gate piers, boundary pillars, and formal garden entrances where a traditional sphere finial is specified.
Flat caps are the modern or minimal-specification choice. Four weathered apex caps (listed in the Standard Four Weathered subcategory) shed water actively from all four sides — preferred for fully exposed piers. Fluted Apex and Fluted Flat Top options provide a decorative ribbed surface with either an apex or flat top. If appearance is the priority, choose fluted; if performance in an exposed location, four weathered apex.
