Colour Matched Concrete Dye
This dye is formulated to match the pigment loading used in specific coping stone colours, making it straightforward to specify a bedding mortar or pointing mix that reads as part of the same finish rather than a contrasting colour. It is an integral pigment for addition to wet mixes — not a surface treatment. Order alongside or at the same time as your coping stones to ensure colour consistency.
Coping Resin Colour Enhance & Seal
A 1-litre bottle of coping resin designed to enhance the surface colour of precast concrete copings and apply a protective seal. The resin brings out the depth of pigmented concrete, giving a richer, more consistent appearance, and provides a surface seal that helps repel surface water and reduce staining in the early life of the installation. It is a surface-applied product, not an admixture.
When to use each product
Use the dye in the mortar before the stone is laid; use the resin after laying and once the mortar has cured. The two products are complementary — the dye unifies the joint colour with the stone, and the resin then enhances and protects the stone surface itself. Neither is a structural product and neither replaces correct specification of the mortar bedding mix.
