Our decorative coping range covers three profiles designed to replicate traditional and period styles in precast concrete: Georgian Edge (600×200×70mm), Millstone (600×300×42mm), and York Stone (530×150×40mm). All are manufactured to order in the same concrete mix as our standard range, so they can be colour-matched to complement brick or stonework on the same project.
The Georgian Edge profile (600×200×70mm) has a moulded classical edge detail along the front face, replicating the architectural style of 18th and 19th century stonework. At 70mm height it is the tallest profile in the decorative range. Suited to period properties, restoration projects, and formal garden walls where a more detailed finish is required than a plain flat or weathered coping provides.
The Millstone coping (600×300×42mm) has the flattest profile in this range at 42mm height. The surface texture replicates the worn, slightly roughened face of traditional millstone grit. At 300mm wide it suits walls of medium to substantial construction. A good choice where a textured natural stone aesthetic is wanted without the cost and variability of quarried stone.
The York Stone profile (530×150×40mm) is the narrowest and flattest option in the range — 150mm wide and 40mm high, at 530mm length rather than the standard 600mm. It replicates the appearance of traditional York stone flags used as coping on older brick walls. Suited to narrow wall sections, restoration schemes, and anywhere a slim natural-stone appearance is specified.
All three decorative profiles are made to order with a 2–3 week lead time. Corner copings are not currently listed for these profiles — contact us on 01664 454 572 if you need corners in a matching profile. Trade accounts available for contractors ordering across multiple profiles.
